Outpatient Restoration Services (OPR)

In 2019, the State of Colorado took a large step towards increasing access to Competency Restoration Services. A service that had historically only been provided on an inpatient basis, low-risk and low-need individuals that were in competency proceedings for court, could now receive competency restoration services through a designated outpatient provider. BTS contracts with the State of Colorado and the Behavioral Health Administration to provide evidence based/curriculum formatted outpatient restoration services.

Forensic Day Reporting

BTS is proud to partner with the Colorado FINES Committee and the Boulder County Community to provide wrap around services to individuals in need of competency restoration. Clients engaged in this program will receive case management support, peer support, clinical services, medication management, and collaboration with the criminal justice system.
